Zuber Biryaniwala

We've been running Zuber Biryaniwala over at the Bagewadi Building for quite some time now. If you know Kaktives Road in Belgaum, you know how busy it gets around here. Our spot is No. 3912, right near Devaki Lodge, so it’s easy to find if you’re walking past. Most mornings start early with the prep work because biryani takes its own time to get right. We don’t really do fancy things here, just the usual cooking we’ve always done. The kitchen gets pretty warm with the big pots on the fire, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We see a lot of local faces from around the neighborhood and some travelers who are staying nearby. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with traffic, but the smell of the spices usually lets people know we are open. It’s a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the rice is fluffy and the meat is cooked through every single day. Belgaum has a lot of food options, but we just stick to what we know how to do. It isn't a corporate place or anything like that, just a local shop where we work long hours to keep things moving. We hope the flavors speak for themselves without us needing to say too much about it. It’s just us here on Kaktives Road, doing our daily thing.
