Raksha Fast Food

Raksha Fast Food is located in Vidyanagar, Hubli, right near JK College. Because we are so close to the college, we see a lot of students coming in between their classes. It’s a small shop, nothing too big or fancy. We mostly do quick snacks and items that people can eat on the go. The area is always buzzing with young people and motorbikes. Hubli can get pretty hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can, though with the fryers going it’s not always easy. We’ve got a few tables, but most people just stand around or take their food back to their hostels. The menu is written on a board and we change it up depending on what we have. We aren’t a big chain, just a local spot that’s been here for a bit. Sometimes the orders get backed up when a whole group of students comes in at once, but they don’t seem to mind waiting a few minutes. We don’t use any special marketing or anything like that, just the sign out front and the smell of the food. It’s a busy life in the 580021 zip code. We spend our days chopping vegetables and making sure the oil is hot. If you are near the college, you’ll likely see our small place with people hanging around the entrance.
