Nagaraj Kirani Stores

Nagaraj Kirani Stores is a local shop in the Kulavali Building. We are located in the Sri Nagar area on Karwar Road. It’s quite easy to find if you know where the Someshwar Temple is, as we are just a short walk from there. We’ve been selling groceries and daily essentials to the people of Hubli for a long time. The store is just a regular place where you can pick up what you need for your home and kitchen. We stock the usual stuff like rice, lentils, oil, and various soaps. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside sometimes because we try to keep a lot of different items on the shelves for our customers. The 580024 area is our neighborhood and we feel lucky to be here. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s the kind of place where people stop to chat for a minute while they get their supplies. We aren't like those big supermarkets with bright lights and music. It’s just us and the goods on the shelves. The building itself is an older part of the street but it serves us well. Being near the temple means we get a lot of extra foot traffic on festival days, which keeps us very busy. We open early so the morning crowd can get their items before they head off to work. It’s a simple life running a kirani store in Hubli and we like the routine.
