Medwell Pharma

Medwell Pharma is out here in Hubli, in the Dharwad district. We operate within the taluka, and things move at a bit of a different pace in this part of the state. The weather gets pretty hot, so our office can be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day. We have a few ceiling fans that spin constantly to keep the air moving. Most of our work involves coordinating with suppliers and local distributors across the district. There is a lot of paperwork involved, and my desk is usually piled high with folders and delivery notes. We don't have a fancy storefront since we mostly deal with the logistics and trade side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the stock in the warehouse area. The building we are in is quite basic, with plain walls and a concrete floor. We’ve been working in Hubli for years and understand how the local market functions. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with the transport trucks coming from the bigger cities. We just have to be patient and keep things organized as best as we can. Every morning starts with a cup of strong coffee and a look at the previous day’s tallies. It is a straightforward business, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home for dinner.
