View Finder

View Finder is located at No. 4/2 Kedar Bhattacharjee Lane, which is a fairly quiet street if you compare it to the main roads around here. We have a small shopfront that is mostly taken up by our equipment and some old frames we have collected over the years. It is a bit dark inside because we don’t like too much direct sunlight hitting the gear. We spend a lot of our time just sitting behind the counter or working on some prints in the back. The lane outside is narrow and sometimes the neighbors' kids are playing right in front of our door. It’s a nice atmosphere, very different from a big city studio. We have a couple of old chairs that aren't very comfortable for long sits, but they do for a quick chat. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the cameras. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving tripods around, and we haven't gotten around to painting them in a long time. We like the character of the place though. It feels like a real workshop where things actually get done. If you're looking for us, you have to keep an eye out for the small sign because it’s easy to walk right past it. We aren't trying to be famous, just keeping the business going one day at a time.
