Ventures Fashions Pvt Ltd is located over in Howrah, specifically in the Sastitala area on Kona Road. Our post office is Santragachi, 711104. We have been in this part of West Bengal for quite some time. It is not a very big setup, just a practical space where we handle the garment work. The road outside can get a bit noisy with traffic, but inside we just focus on the daily tasks. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We deal with various types of clothing items throughout the year. The rainy season sometimes makes things difficult with the humidity, but we manage to keep the stock dry and clean. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking samples. We aren't really into the whole corporate scene, we just do our jobs and go home to our families. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that's just how things are around here. We just wait for it to come back and pick up where we left off. My desk is usually covered in papers and scraps of cloth. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone calls, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It’s a simple way of doing things but it works for us. We've stayed in the same spot because the neighbors are decent and we know the area well.
