Swagatam Food Private Limited

Our place is located in Jhapordah Dey Para, which is a bit of a tucked-away spot. Swagatam Food Private Limited is essentially run from the C/O Ranjit Patra address. It’s a typical West Bengal neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small team of workers who come in every day to help us with the food processing. The space is practical and simple. We don't have air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets pretty warm in the summer. We just keep the windows open and the fans going. Our day starts early before the sun gets too high. There is a lot of cleaning and prep work that goes into food products that people don't always see. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the rains make it hard for the transport vehicles to reach us because the lanes here can be quite narrow and muddy. But we always find a way to get things moved. It’s a modest way to run a company, but it works for us. We are just regular people who wanted to start something of our own. We value the relationships we have with the people in Dey Para. It’s a community-based life, and we are happy to be a part of it while we grow.
