Surya Alloy Industries Limited operates from Kaushik Dwari Block H, Flat 5. We are located in the Type III H.I.T quarters in Dumurjala, which is part of the Santragachhi area in Howrah. Our office is essentially a flat, so it does not have that cold, corporate atmosphere you find in the city center. We spend our days here dealing with everything related to alloys. There are usually stacks of papers and blueprints on the dining table we use as a desk. The neighborhood is quite familiar to us, and we like being tucked away in the 711 104 area. It gets a little noisy when the trains go by the nearby Santragachhi station, but we have grown used to it. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a polished sign at the entrance. Most of our work involves coordinating with suppliers and making sure the factory side of things is running smoothly. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the day's tasks in a very informal way. Sometimes we have to run out to meet someone at the station or handle a delivery nearby. We do not bother with marketing talk or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local team working out of a flat to get the job done. It is a practical, no-nonsense setup that has worked for us for a long time now. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a quick rickshaw to get here.
