Cosmic Ferro Alloy Ltd is located out in Santragachi, Howrah. If you know the H.I.T Road area, we are right there in Ichapur Sastibagan. It is an industrial part of West Bengal, so the surroundings are mostly other businesses, warehouses, and transport hubs. Being in Howrah means we are close to the main rail lines and the busy roads, which is important for what we do with ferro alloys. The facility itself is set up for handling heavy materials. It is not the cleanest environment because of the nature of the work, but it is a real, working workplace. Our staff comes from all over the local area, mostly people who have been in this industry for many years. We handle the day-to-day operations from this site in 711104. There is a lot of noise from the machinery and the trucks moving in and out of the yard throughout the day. We are not a corporate office with a nice view, but a factory floor where things actually get made. The gates are usually open very early in the morning and work continues until quite late in the evening. We have been part of this community for some time, seeing the roads change and new small shops open up around the Ichapur Sastibagan area. It is a tough job sometimes, especially during the humid summer heat in Bengal. But we keep going, managing the production and shipping from this specific location in India.
