Sonia Palit runs things here at Sadhana Medico. We are located in Ananda Nagar, in the Basukati area of Bally, Howrah. If you’re familiar with Howrah, you know it’s a place where things are always moving. We are right in the middle of it. Our shop isn't a massive supermarket or a chain. It’s a local spot where people come when they need something specific. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the faces that walk through the door. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. It’s just us behind the counter, making sure we have what people are looking for. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we try to stock as much as we can. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. We don’t use corporate jargon or try to sell you things you don't need. If we have it, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we’ll tell you that too. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business. We deal with the daily challenges of being in a busy area, like the noise and the dust, but we like being part of the community here. It’s a local business through and through. We just try to be reliable and stay open when we say we will. Most days it’s just about keeping the shelves filled and helping out whoever walks in with a question.
