Shoper Stop

Shoper Stop is located at 1, William Carey Road in Serampore, which is part of the Hooghly district in West Bengal. This road has a lot of history to it, and we are proud to be part of the local landscape here. Our shop isn't like those giant malls you see in Kolkata. It is a more traditional setup where we know a lot of the people who walk in by their first names. The building is older, which is typical for Serampore, and it has its own character. We have been here for a while, providing things that the local community needs. The 712201 area is a good place to be, with the river not too far away and the train station nearby. Our days are filled with stocking shelves and talking to customers. It can get quite busy on the weekends when people are out doing their shopping. We don't use any complicated systems; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, and the lighting could be brighter, but it is a comfortable place for us to work. We just aim to stay open on time and make sure we have what people are looking for. It is a straightforward local shop in a nice part of Bengal. Most of the time it is just us managing the counter and making sure the place stays organized for the next day.
