Our office is located at 89, G.T. Road in Howrah. If you know this area, you know that G.T. Road is always packed with people and traffic, but it’s the heart of the city in many ways. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and gives us enough room to do our work as chartered accountants. Most of what we do involves sitting at our desks, going through books of accounts, and making sure all the tax filings are in order. It’s not the kind of job that needs a fancy setting. We have some wooden desks, a few computers, and shelves that are literally bulging with files and tax law books. It can get a bit dusty sometimes with the windows open, but we don't mind. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm from a movie. We’re just local people helping other local businesses and individuals with their financial stuff. Our staff is a small group, and we usually have some tea going throughout the day. People drop by with their documents, and we sit down and go through things one by one. It’s a slow and steady process, but it works. We like being on G.T. Road because everyone knows how to get here. It’s a simple, honest place where we just focus on getting the numbers right for whoever walks through the door.
