You’ll find us right by the Santagachi Railway Station, very close to the big water tank that everyone uses as a landmark. Being so close to the station means there’s never a moment of silence. You can hear the trains coming and going, the whistles blowing, and the constant murmur of people on the platforms. It’s a very busy, lively area to work in. Our office is a simple space. We don't have any expensive furniture or art on the walls. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and a couple of desks where we handle our daily business. We’ve been at this location for a long time, mostly because it’s so easy for people to reach us by train. The area near the water tank is always full of activity, with tea stalls and small shops everywhere. We don't have a big corporate structure or a long list of rules. We just come in every morning, see what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the traffic outside, but we’ve learned to work around it. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People usually just know we are here because of our location near the station. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing things. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by our little corner of Santagachi.
