Practising Company Secretaries

We run our company secretary practice out of Vivek Vihar Phase V in Shibpur, Howrah. The office is located in Block 8, Flat 2C, which is at 493 C A on the GT Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of West Bengal 711102. The GT Road is always humming with activity, but the flat itself stays reasonably quiet, which is good for the kind of detailed work we do. We handle things like company law compliance, filing forms with the registrar, and keeping track of board minutes. It’s not flashy work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is a bit cramped because of all the physical files we have to keep, but we’ve managed to organize it over the years. We aren't trying to be a big corporate firm with a glass building. We’re just a small group of professionals working in a regular apartment. People from around Howrah and even some from Kolkata come to see us. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because someone else told them we’re here. It’s just about getting the paperwork right and making sure the companies we work with stay on the right side of the rules. It’s a lot of typing, a lot of reading, and a lot of staying updated on new regulations. That’s just the daily routine here in Shibpur.
