It’s more of a traditional space where we get things done. A small staff of just a couple of people is all we need, mostly because we've been around long enough to know how everything works. We deal with whatever comes our way. The street outside is usually noisy with people and carts, which is just part of the charm of Ram Kinu Sarkar Lane. We don’t do a lot of advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a very local way of doing things. Our records are mostly on paper, though we have a computer for the essentials. It’s a humble setup, nothing to brag about. We just like being part of the community here in Howrah. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done regardless. That's the main thing. We’re just a small business trying to keep things moving.
