Pgi Retail Stores (P) Ltd.

We are located at 51/2/B/2 on Rabindra Sarani in the Liluah area of Howrah. This is a busy part of town, and our building is right in the thick of it. We run our retail storage and management operations from here. It’s a functional space, mostly used for keeping track of stock and managing the distribution for various stores. The floors are concrete and the shelves are heavy metal, built to hold a lot of weight. We don't have any air conditioning in the main storage areas, so it gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just get on with it. There’s always someone moving crates or checking off items on a clipboard. The neighborhood is full of small shops and warehouses, so there’s a lot of truck traffic and shouting outside throughout the day. We’ve been in this Liluah spot for quite a while and we know the other business owners on the block. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just use flashlights until it comes back on. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years, so we have our own way of doing things that might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us. It's just simple retail logistics.
