Our place, On Line Sealing Services Pvt Ltd, is located at 90 3 Santiram Rasta in Bally. Being in Howrah, we are right in the middle of a very busy, industrial kind of area. The building isn't new and the street can be quite loud with all the trucks and people moving about. We do a lot of work with sealing and industrial parts, so there is usually some grease or dust around. It’s not a clean office job. We spend our days looking at machinery and handling parts that go into factories. Santiram Rasta is one of those old streets where everyone knows each other's business. We’ve got a small team here and we just get on with the orders as they come in. Most of the time, the fans are humming and we are checking lists. West Bengal weather gets pretty humid, so the office can feel a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We don't have any fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our benches or talking on the phone with suppliers. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We have been here in Howrah for a long time and don't plan on moving. It’s a bit messy, but that is how this kind of business usually looks. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's work without worrying about the noise outside.
