Narayana Superspeciality Hospital

Our place is located on Andul Road, not too far from Nabanna. If you're coming from the Kolkata side or Howrah, it’s pretty easy to find. It’s a large building, 120/1 is the number. We see a lot of people coming through the doors every single day. The lobby is usually full by eight in the morning. We have different departments for various health issues, so people aren't just here for one thing. The elevators stay busy, especially during visiting hours. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can feel a bit chaotic. That’s just the nature of a hospital in this part of town. The staff knows the local area well. Most of us take the bus or walk in from nearby. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the necessary stuff for patient care. It’s a practical setup. Sometimes the wait times are longer than we’d like, but we move as fast as we can. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here on Andul Road. We deal with emergencies and regular checkups too. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we take it one shift at a time. Nothing too complicated about how we run things, just a group of people working to keep the place going and looking after the folks who walk in. It's a job that never really stops, even on holidays or weekends.
