We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about making sure the jobs are finished on time. We take our lunch breaks together usually. Sometimes someone brings in sweets from the local market and we all sit around for a few minutes. It's a simple life here at Nimdighi. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs doing and then we do it. That’s how we’ve always run things at K B M. It works for us and keeps everyone busy.
