Being Ica The Institute Of Computer Accountants, we spend a lot of time looking at screens and teaching folks how to handle their books. The lane we are on is one of those narrow ones you find in this part of Howrah. It’s got a lot of character and history. We have students coming in at different times of the day to learn. It gets quite lively when a class finishes and everyone is talking at once in the hallway. The building isn't brand new, but it works fine for what we need. We have some computers set up and enough chairs for everyone who shows up. My desk is usually covered in papers and maybe a half-empty cup of tea. We don’t go for the polished look because that’s not really who we are. We just want people to learn what they need to learn so they can get a job. It's a practical place for practical skills.
