Heena Dresses is just a small place we have here on Sri Nath Porel Lane. If you know the area, 15 Sri Nath Porel Lane is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working with fabrics and trying to get things done for people who stop by. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The street gets pretty busy sometimes, especially in the mornings when everyone is moving about. We usually open up early and start sorting through the stock. There’s always a lot of thread and bits of cloth lying around because we’re constantly busy with something. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. But that is just how it is when you’re actually making things. People from the neighborhood know us. They come in to see what’s new or just to ask about a specific dress they need. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just see the sign when they walk past Sri Nath Porel Lane. It's a simple setup. A few racks, some tables for cutting, and our sewing machines. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It's just a regular local business. We focus on the clothes and making sure they fit right. That’s about all there is to tell about us. Just a shop in a busy lane.
