Heavy Engineers

Our workshop, Heavy Engineers, is situated on Hit Road in Kamardanga. It’s a gritty area, and we fit right in with the rest of the industrial shops nearby. The name of the company is pretty straightforward because that is exactly what we do. We deal with heavy metal, big machines, and a lot of noise. If you walk inside, you’ll probably find someone welding or grinding something down. It’s not a clean environment. There’s iron dust on the floor and the smell of grease is always in the air. We don’t have a dedicated receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, someone will just shout over the noise if a visitor walks in. We work with our hands most of the time, and the day is spent fixing things or fabricating parts that people need for their own projects. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down and we have to spend hours getting it back in order. We don’t have a marketing department and we don’t use social media much. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know what we’re capable of doing. The building is old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter as long as the work gets done correctly. We keep things simple and honest here. It’s just us doing the engineering work that needs to be done every single day.
