Genpact

We are situated at B 1 Drainage Canal Road, inside the Lakeview Housing Complex. Our specific spot is Flat No A H1 10 20 in the Doomurjola area of Howrah, pin code 711104. It is a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the main city, but it is a quiet place to work. Genpact is what we call ourselves. Working out of a housing complex like Lakeview means we are surrounded by families and everyday life. It keeps us grounded. The office is basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has got everything we need to handle our daily responsibilities. We do not have a big sign out front, so you have to know where you are going. The canal road can be a bit dusty, and the traffic moves slow, but we like the pace here. We are not a corporate giant with thousands of people in this building; it is just a small group of us. We focus on our data and our reports and make sure everything is in order. We often bring our own lunches and eat together in the small dining area. It is a very simple, human way to work. We do not talk in buzzwords or have big meetings about nothing. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. It is a practical location for our needs and it works well for us.
