Fashion Adda

Fashion Adda is over at 34 Dharmtala Road in Belur, Howrah. If you know the area, it's a pretty lively street. There are shops everywhere and people always walking by. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s a small place but we pack a lot into it. We spend our days sorting through new stock and helping whoever walks through the door. It’s not a high-end boutique with guards at the door. It’s more of a local spot where people feel comfortable. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here, especially on the weekends. We try to keep things organized, but with so many clothes, it’s a constant battle. The lighting isn't perfect, but it does the job. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just like clothes and we like being part of the neighborhood. The staff here is just a few locals who know the regulars by name. We talk about the weather or the traffic while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing department. People mostly find out about us from word of mouth. We just keep the shop open and see who comes in. It’s a simple way to run a business and we like the direct way we get to talk to customers every day without any formal rules.
