So, we go by the name Let, and we are located in Moumita Market at 37/2 on Ram Charan Seth Road. It is right in Liluah. If you know where the Kalpana Clinic Laboratory is, we are just directly opposite that place. The market is usually bustling, so it can be a bit loud sometimes when we are trying to work. We have been here for a bit now, just doing our thing. Our space is basic. We did not see the point in spending a lot on decorations when people just want their stuff handled properly. We deal with various things, and people stop by while they are out doing their other shopping. It is a convenient spot in Howrah. You might miss the door if you are not looking, but we are there. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the systems work. Things can get a little messy on the desk when it is busy, but we find what we need eventually. We do not talk like we are in a commercial. If something is going to take three days, we tell you it will take three days. We like being in Liluah because it feels like a real community. Most of the faces we see are people from the neighborhood. It is not a complicated business. We just try to stay organized and help out whoever walks through the door.
