We are based in Howrah, specifically in the Domjur area. Our office is inside Al Safa Apartment, which is in Dakshin Para near the Press Quarter. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels a lot more like a home than a workplace. We are in unit C-2. It is a bit tucked away, and you have to look closely at the building names to find us. We handle various goods and trade items here. The rooms are filled with boxes and ledgers. We do not have any big advertisements on the walls. It is just us and our work. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually start our day early before the sun gets too hot. There is a small balcony where we take breaks and watch the kids playing in the lane below. We do not have a big team. It is just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle the packing and the records ourselves. We do not use any complicated software or fancy systems. We just write things down and make sure the numbers match up at the end of the week. It is a quiet existence here in Domjur. We like the pace of the neighborhood. People around here know we are just doing our own thing in the apartment.
