You can find Anwesha Clinic Diagnostic Medicine on the ground floor of the Axis Bank Building on O.T Road in Bagnan. Being on the ground floor makes it convenient for people who have trouble with stairs. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The clinic focuses on diagnostics and medicine, so we have a lot of equipment that needs constant upkeep. O.T Road is always busy, and being in a building with a bank means there are always people moving around outside. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. It is just the few of us managing the front and the back. We don't have a big corporate office telling us what to do. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and get to it. Some of the machines are older, but they work just fine for what we need. We see a lot of people from around Bagnan who need tests done or just a regular check-up. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we aren't big on formalities here. We just want to make sure the results are accurate and the patients know what is going on. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We often have to explain to people that we are right inside the Axis Bank Building, as they sometimes walk past the entrance. Once they find us, they usually keep coming back.
