We are located at 6 Girish Banerjee Lane. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, but it still has that local Kolkata neighborhood feel. Our office for Al-Bait Realty LLP is right there, and it’s where we manage everything. We aren't a big, flashy company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know a thing or two about the local property market. We spend our days talking to neighbors and clients, trying to figure out the best way to handle different real estate situations. The office is pretty simple, with just the basics that we need to keep track of things. We don't have any scripted speeches about our business. We just help people find what they’re looking for or help them manage what they already have. Girish Banerjee Lane is the kind of place where people know each other, and we like being part of that community. Sometimes we’re out walking the lanes to look at a building, and other times we’re sitting inside dealing with the piles of paper that seem to never end. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. We take things as they come and try to be as helpful as we can without making a big production out of it. It’s just a regular local business doing what we do best every day. We don't mind the slow days, but usually, there is plenty to keep us busy here.
