Our place is tucked away at Shrutineer 23/2/1/1 on Bhagabanchatterjee Lane. It’s one of those busy streets where everyone kind of knows each other. A.K. Power Industries has been operating from here for a bit, mostly dealing with the electrical side of things. It’s not a huge setup, but we have enough space to handle what we need to. Most mornings start with a quick check of the schedule and then getting straight to the technical work. The lane can get pretty crowded with deliveries coming in and out, so we have to stay organized. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Instead, we just talk over tea and figure out what needs doing for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or parts get delayed, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We try to keep the workbench tidy, though it doesn't always stay that way for long. There’s always some wire or component being tested. On rainy days, the lane gets a bit muddy, but we still have to get the crates moved. We’ve got an old desk in the corner where we keep the logbooks, and it's covered in coffee rings. We don't mind it much because it shows the place is actually being used. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the power equipment ready and out the door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
