We are situated in the Sonali Complex, specifically in Flat 405 at 4 Lala Babu Shire Road. This is over in Belurmath, Howrah, which is a well-known area in West Bengal. Being in a residential complex like Sonali Complex means it’s a bit different from a standard office building. We have neighbors who are living their daily lives right next to our workspace. The flat is on the fourth floor, so we get a decent view of the rooftops in Howrah. The elevator works most of the time, but we often just take the stairs for the exercise. It’s a busy little office for Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. We have several desks squeezed into the rooms of the flat. It’s a bit tight, but we make it work. The sound of the city is always there in the background, but it’s mostly muffled by the walls. We have a small balcony where we keep some potted plants that struggle a bit in the heat. Most of our day is spent on the computers or sorting through various documents. We don't have a fancy sign on the main road, just a small nameplate near the doorbell. People who need to find us usually have to ask the security guard at the gate of Sonali Complex. It’s a practical setup that serves us well. We like being in Belurmath because it has a good atmosphere and it’s easy for the staff to reach.
