Up here in Hoshiarpur, you’ll find Hcl Infosystems Ltd at House Number 290 on Street Number 14 in Krishna Nagar. It’s a calm area, which is a nice change of pace. Our office is basically a house that we’ve repurposed for our tech work. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. It’s not a big fancy operation. We have a few rooms set up with desks and workbenches. You’ll usually find a few computers opened up with their insides showing. We handle a bit of everything here, from hardware repairs to software updates. The lighting isn't the best, so we use desk lamps to see what we’re doing on the smaller parts. Hoshiarpur is a pleasant town, and Krishna Nagar is a good spot to be. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny sign on the roof. Mostly, we just rely on people knowing we are here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating in our line of work, but we manage to get things done eventually. We take our tea breaks outside on the porch when the weather is nice. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest group. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the systems we look after stay in good shape for everyone who depends on them.
