Caffe Gelateria

We opened Caffe Gelateria in the Easy Day Building on Phagwara Road. It is a good spot because the Government College is nearby, so we see a lot of students coming over between their classes. Hoshiarpur is a quiet town mostly, but this road gets quite a bit of traffic. Our address is 146001, and we have been here for some time now. We mainly focus on ice cream and cold treats, which is why the name is what it is. The freezers hum a bit loud sometimes, but you get used to it. We keep a few tables inside so people can sit and talk. It is not a five-star place, just a simple shop where the staff knows most of the customers by face. Sometimes we try out new flavors, and they work, and sometimes they do not. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us working behind the counter. The floor is tiled, and we try to keep it clean, though kids sometimes drop their spoons. Being near the college means things get busy in the afternoons. We like the energy of the younger crowd. If you are walking down Phagwara Road, you cannot really miss us. We are just a local business trying to do our thing every day. It is usually us and the students talking about their exams while they eat.
