Ravi Jyoti Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is based at C-2 in Focal Point. A lot of people find us by looking for the Taj Restaurant because we are right near there. It’s a good landmark to have since the industrial streets can all start to look the same after a while. We aren't a giant chemical plant, just a smaller private company doing our part. We spend a lot of time checking the vats and making sure the mixtures are coming out the way they are supposed to. It’s a lot of measuring and waiting. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed but we take the work seriously because you have to when you're dealing with chemicals. I don't believe in using big words to sound professional. We just do the work that comes in and try to keep our customers happy so they come back next time. The office part of our building is small and mostly filled with ledgers and old files. We prefer being out on the floor where the real activity is. Sometimes the heat from the processes makes the room quite warm, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this Focal Point location for a long time and have become a bit of a fixture in the area. We just keep things moving along, one batch at a time, without any of that corporate fluff you see elsewhere.
