Aggarwal Bricks

Aggarwal Bricks is situated out in Dadial Village, which is part of the Garhshankar Tehsil area. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the Sher-E-Punjab Palace and we are right near there. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the city, but we still have plenty to do. We spend a lot of time working with the earth and the fire. The kiln takes up most of the space on the property. My family has been involved with this kind of work for a while. We have a few guys from the village who help us out with the heavy lifting and stacking. In the mornings, the air is usually a bit cool, which is the best time to get the loading done before the sun gets too high. We have a small tractor that we use to move stuff around the yard. It’s an old machine but it still runs okay most days. People from all over the Tehsil come here when they are building a new wall or a small house. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people when they show up at the gate. Sometimes we have tea together if the weather is nice. It’s a simple life out here in Dadial, and we are happy just keeping the fire going and making sure the batches turn out right.
