Our place is tucked away in the Nirupam Royal Palm area, specifically at T-2B-1/243. It is right on Hoshangabad Road, so the traffic is usually pretty heavy outside. Venketesh Tirupati Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is basically run from this unit. It’s a mix of a residential vibe and a business office, which makes the atmosphere kind of relaxed but still busy. We have a few rooms filled with files and some storage for the pharmaceutical products we manage. Working on Jatkhedi means we are close to a lot of stuff, but it can be a pain to find parking sometimes. Inside, it’s just the team sitting around desks. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to suppliers on the mobile. There isn't any corporate lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and someone will probably be eating lunch or checking a list of medicines. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, though it piles up on the corner desk more than we like. The Hoshangabad Road area is always growing, so there is constant construction noise lately. We don't mind it too much. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a straightforward operation here at Royal Palm. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a local company getting things done day by day. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we managed to make a decent workspace out of it.
