Narmada Valley Academy

Narmada Valley Academy is situated on Yadav Mohalla Road in the West Colony of Mhow. It’s a local school where we spend our days teaching and looking after the kids. The building isn't a modern glass structure; it’s a simple, functional place that fits right into the neighborhood. We have classrooms, a small playground area, and an office where we handle all the registrations and paperwork. Being in Mhow, we have a lot of local families who send their children here. It’s noisy in the mornings when everyone arrives and even noisier when the bell rings for lunch. We aren't trying to be an elite international school. We’re just a community academy where teachers actually know the students' names. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather is bad or when we are preparing for exams. The staff here is quite small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from teaching to helping with the administrative side. We’ve been on Yadav Mohalla Road for a long time, and we’re a familiar sight to the people living nearby. It’s a grounded place. We don't have fancy equipment, but we have enough to give the students a proper education. Our focus is just on the daily routine and making sure the kids are learning what they need to know. It's a lot of work but it feels right.
