Sarthak Technocrat Private Limited. We are based out of A 23 in Nirupam Royal Palms. It’s right there on Hoshangabad Road in the Jatkhedi area. If you know Bhopal, you know how busy that road gets. Sometimes just getting into the office feels like an achievement with all the traffic out there. We’ve got a decent setup here. It is a professional building but we keep things pretty informal inside our own walls. We focus on technical stuff, hence the name, but we try not to act like we know everything. There is always something new to learn in this line of work. We have a few rooms filled with equipment and people trying to make sense of it all. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes there are boxes stacked in the corner and someone’s lunch smells like onions, but we are productive. We chose this spot because it's central for most of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to be the ones who do the job right for the folks who ask us to help. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say, so we just talk like normal people. It’s a good group here, even if we argue about the air conditioner temperature every single day.
