Techwind India

Techwind India is located out in Noaparachandannagore, which is a bit of a change from the city center. We like it here because it feels a bit more relaxed, even though we are working with technology all day. Our office is a simple one-story building where a handful of us gather every morning. We don't have a big sign out front or anything that makes us stand out. Inside, it is mostly just a bunch of computers and a lot of cables running along the floor. We spend our time writing code, fixing bugs, and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, especially in the afternoons when everyone is focused on their screens. We don't have any fancy perks like beanbag chairs or free snacks. Usually, we just bring our own lunch or get something from the local shop down the road. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. We started Techwind India because we wanted a place where we could just do the work without all the corporate noise. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, but we enjoy the challenge. Being in Noaparachandannagore means we are part of a real community, and we like that our neighbors know who we are even if they don't quite understand what we do on our computers all day long.
