We are located down at 16B/2 Barabagan Lane in Shibtala. It’s a quiet part of Srirampur if you know the Hooghly area. Our office is right there in the P.O. Mullickpara section, zip code 712203. It's one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows their neighbors. We’ve been set up here for a good while, and most days it’s just a steady stream of local tasks. The office is pretty basic. We have a few computers and some old wooden shelves filled with records. It can get a bit humid here in the summer, but we have the windows open when it's not too dusty. We aren't a big operation with lots of staff. It’s just us handling the daily things that come our way. People usually stop by because they live nearby or work in the same district. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a front desk, usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit muddy, but that’s just how it is around here. We like being in this part of town because it’s not as chaotic as the main city. We just keep our heads down and work through the files. If someone needs to find us, they usually look for the Shibtala landmark. It's a very normal, local setup and we're fine with that. We usually close up around six unless something important comes up late.
