Our place is over in Serampore, on Baishnab Pada 1st Lane. It’s in the Mahesh 1 area of Hooghly. Being in West Bengal, especially in an old industrial spot like this, has its own charm and its own set of problems. The lane is a bit narrow, so when big deliveries come, it can get a little tight for the neighbors. We’ve been at 5/15 for a while now. Inside, it's mostly machinery and a small corner for the office work. We do a lot of manufacturing here, so there's always a bit of noise from the shop floor. The staff is local, people from around the neighborhood who have been working in these kinds of industries for years. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat together at the small table in the back. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with orders to worry about that right now. Serampore is a good town for us, even if the power fluctuations can be a bit annoying sometimes. We handle everything from raw materials to the finished goods right here. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don’t spend much time on computers if we can help it. We'd rather be out there seeing how the production is going.
