Bivas Mondal & Company

Bivas Mondal & Company is based out of Tinna, which is in the Pandua area. It is not a very big operation, just a local business that has been around for a while. We do a bit of this and a bit of that, mostly handling whatever jobs come our way in the local vicinity. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a practical space where we keep our tools and our records. We spend a lot of our time out on the road or visiting different sites around Pandua. The work can be quite physical and the weather isn't always on our side, especially when it rains and the roads get difficult. We aren't the type of people to use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we can do and what we can't. Most of the people who work with us have been here for a long time, so we are more like a small team that understands each other well. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with shiny photos. Word of mouth is how most people find us. If someone has a job that needs doing, they usually just come by or send a message through a friend. It is a straightforward way to run things. We keep our head down and just focus on finishing the work we have been given. We don't promise things we can't do and we like to keep the atmosphere relaxed but busy.
