Neeraj Laptop Solution

We run Neeraj Laptop Solution from a small shop on G.T. Road in Hansi. We are very close to the Kali Devi Mandir, which is a big help for giving people directions. Since we are right on State Highway 17, there is a lot of noise from the trucks and buses passing by all day. The shop itself is pretty cramped because we have workbenches set up everywhere. There are always laptops in various stages of being taken apart, with screws and wires scattered around. We fix all sorts of things, from broken screens to laptops that just won't turn on. We don't have a professional reception area, just a few chairs where people can wait if they want to. Most of the time, customers just drop off their computers and come back later. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably not worth the money. It’s just two of us working here, so we do everything ourselves. We don't use any fancy software to track the repairs, just a notebook where we write down names and phone numbers. The tools we use are basic but they do the job. We don’t have any marketing budget or fancy signs. Most people find us because they saw our shop while driving by or a friend told them about us. It's just a simple repair business for local people.
