Vice-Chancellor, Ccs Hau, Hisar

This is the office for the Vice-Chancellor's work, but specifically tucked into the Department of Zoology & Aquaculture. We are out here at CCS Haryana Agricultural University in Hisar. The campus is quite large, so if you're looking for us, you have to head towards the science buildings. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate. The air out here in Hisar is different from the big cities, especially in the winter when it gets really cold. Inside the department, it’s mostly the sound of students talking and the hum of old equipment. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff related to the university. There are stacks of academic papers and files on every surface. It’s a busy place but in a quiet, academic kind of way. We’ve been part of the university landscape for a long time. People come in and out all day with questions or documents that need signing. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place where real research and learning are happening in the background. We have some fish tanks around because of the aquaculture side of things, which adds a bit of life to the rooms. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the work at hand rather than looking impressive. Most days we are just trying to keep the paperwork organized and the schedules running as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
