Quantum Buildwell Pvt.Ltd. operates out of H. No.389/13 in Jagdish Colony. We are based in Hansi-125033, Haryana. It is basically a house that we have turned into an office space. You won't find any big neon signs here, just a small nameplate. Inside, we have a lot of files and some maps of different areas we are working on. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the building plans. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for a long time. Some of us have been in Hansi our whole lives. We don’t have a fancy dress code; we just wear what is practical for visiting sites. There’s always a bit of dust on the boots. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on supplies. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when the weather is hot. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. We just build things and handle the business side of it from this house in Jagdish Colony. If you stop by, you’ll probably see someone looking over a ledger or talking on a mobile phone about a delivery. It’s a very local operation and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss.
