Shree Bala Ji Vaishno Hotel

Shree Bala Ji Vaishno Hotel is situated on Jind Road in Hissar, specifically in the Karak Puniya area. It’s a bit of a roadside spot, which means we get a lot of travelers and truck drivers stopping by as they move between towns. The building itself is pretty basic, just a standard structure along the highway. We’ve kept it simple inside with plain tables and chairs that can handle a lot of use. We only serve vegetarian food here, which is why we call it a Vaishno hotel. We know that when people are on the road, they want something clean and filling that won't make them feel heavy. Our kitchen starts early to catch the morning traffic. There isn't much around us except for the road and a few other local shops, so we’ve become a bit of a landmark for regulars on this route. We don't have a professional decorator or a PR person. It’s just us, the cooks, and a couple of boys to help with the service. We try to keep the water cold and the food hot, which is the most important thing out here. The dust from the road can be a challenge, but we do our best to keep the dining area neat. It’s a no-frills kind of place where you can just pull over, have a meal, and get back on your way. We’re just glad to be a reliable stop for anyone driving down the Jind Road.
