Savera Energies is situated out on the Sirsa Chandigarh Road in the Uklana Mandi area. We are right by the New Anaj Mandi, so there is always a lot of action nearby with tractors and big trucks moving grain around. It gets pretty loud and dusty, especially during the peak harvest times when the whole road is packed with vehicles. Our work here is mainly about energy supplies, and it keeps us on our toes most of the day. The office we have is pretty basic, just a place to sit and handle the phone calls and the paperwork that comes with this kind of business. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the mandi. People stop by on their way to or from Chandigarh since we are right on the main route. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the business and handle the day-to-day tasks. It isn't a glamorous job, and we spend a lot of time dealing with logistics and making sure deliveries aren't delayed by the traffic outside. We aren't really into big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure we stay busy. It’s a good spot to be in, even if the summers get incredibly hot out here on the road. We usually start our day early to beat the heat and stay late until the last delivery is sorted out for the night.
