We are located in Adampur, right in the Housing Board Colony. If you know the area, we are on the first floor of Sco-39. It’s a quiet spot most days, which helps when you are trying to write software. Mareana Software India started because we wanted to bring some tech jobs to Hissar instead of everyone having to move to the big cities. Haryana is home for us, so staying here made sense. The office isn't anything too special, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of monitors. We spend most of our time looking at code and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. When they do work, it’s a good feeling. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to greet you with coffee, usually, we’re all just busy in the back. The neighbors in the colony are nice people. Sometimes we go out for tea nearby when we need a break from the screens. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We don’t really do big meetings or long speeches. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a simple way to work, but it keeps us focused on what the customers actually need from their software. Being in Hissar keeps us grounded. We like it here and plan to stay for a good long while. It's a decent place for a business like ours and it suits us fine.
