Over here at Swach Foods Specialities Pvt. Ltd., things stay pretty busy most of the time. We are located right at Kanchi Chowk on Ratia Road, which is a place that sees a lot of traffic. If you know the area, you know how much is going on around this part of Ratia Road. We deal with food items and there is always something being moved, weighed, or packed into bags. It’s a noisy place sometimes with the machines going, but we get used to it after a few hours of being on the floor. The air often smells like whatever we are working on that day, which isn't always a bad thing. We have a small crew and everyone just knows their job without having to be told much. It isn't a glamorous office or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on getting the food batches ready. Sometimes the trucks get backed up at the chowk, which can be a bit of a headache when we are trying to load up the deliveries. We’ve got the name on the front but we don't spend much time worrying about how the building looks to outsiders. We just want to make sure the quality is okay before things leave the building. It’s a lot of manual work and checking boxes by hand. People around here know us as the food place near the junction. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we just keep our heads down.
