Garg Dal Mill

You can find Garg Dal Mill at Plot No.36 in the I.D.C. area on Hisar Road. Since we are in an industrial zone, there are always big trucks and loud noises around us all day. It is not the prettiest place to look at, but it is where the real work gets done. We have a fairly large plot where we keep all the machinery and the stock we have ready. The walls are a bit stained from years of use, and the floor has some cracks, but it is a solid building for a mill. We spend most of our time inside, making sure everything is running like it should be. It is a lot of manual labor, moving heavy bags and keeping an eye on the output. We do not really have a lot of visitors, mostly just delivery drivers and people picking up their orders. Hisar Road is a busy stretch, so getting in and out can be a bit of a pain during the rush hour. We do not use any fancy management systems or anything high-tech. We just keep a notebook and write things down as they happen. It has worked for us so far. The air in here is always thick with the smell of pulses. We do not have any fancy brochures to give out. If you want to know what we do, you just have to look at the bags piled up. It is just a plain, hardworking mill.
