Ganesh Dall & Flour Mill

You can find us over at Jiwan Nagar Chowk in Ellenabad. Our mill is right on Mamera Road, and we are very close to the Gurudwara, which makes us easy to spot. The sound of the grinding machines is something that never stops during the day. We spend most of our time turning grain into flour and processing different types of dalls. It’s a noisy environment and there is always a bit of white dust floating in the air. That’s just the nature of working in a mill like this. We’ve been at this same spot for a long time. Local farmers bring their produce to us, and families from all over Ellenabad come by to get their fresh atta. We don’t have an office with fancy chairs. Most of the time we are right there by the machines or checking the quality of the pulses in the sacks. It’s hard, physical work, especially during the summer months when it gets really hot inside, but it is what we do. The Gurudwara nearby is a good place to look for if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We don’t spend any money on posters or ads. The quality of the flour is what keeps people coming back. If the rotis are soft, then our job is done right. We just keep the mill running and try to be helpful to everyone who walks in.
